Where can I buy Amino Nutrition products?
Amino Nutrition products are exclusive to City Health Foods and are available from the Amino Nutrition and the City Health Foods web sites. Selected products are also available on marketplaces including eBay Australia and Amazon Australia. If you’re in Newcastle you can also buy our products from the City Health Foods store located at 2/146 Hunter St, Newcastle NSW 2300.
What is the charge for shipping?
Orders over $100 ship free, otherwise our shipping charge is a flat $9.95.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Presently we only ship within Australia.
How do you ship your orders?
We use a variety of carriers including Aramex and Australia Post. Upon dispatch the tracking notification will advise you which carrier is delivering your order and a tracking number. Please ensure your order includes a current email address and mobile number to receive delivery updates.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship same day if your order is placed before 11am on a business day. Otherwise your order will be shipped next business day. Excludes NSW public holidays.

Sydney metropolitan, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Albury – 1-2 business days
Brisbane, Gold Coast – 1-2 business days
Melbourne, Adelaide – 2-3 business days
Regional NSW – 2-7 business days
Hobart – 7 business days
Regional Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania – 5-10 business days
Perth – 6 business days
Darwin, Western Queensland, Regional SA, NT, WA – 7-10 business days
Regional/remote areas may take longer
Delivery times may be affected by Covid restrictions or seasonal delays, please allow longer in these circumstances.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The Amino Nutrition web site accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay.
Can I be sure of the quality of Amino Nutrition products?
Our products are manufactured under HACCP Food Safety Management System and ISO 9001:2000.
Do you offer samples?
Product samples are not currently available. Our products are low priced and many are available in a variety of sizes if you’d like to try a product out without purchasing a large quantity.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return a product?
We’re happy to accept change of mind returns for a full refund (less any postage) for 30 days from purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return postage. Products must be in original condition suitable for resale and still sealed. Please contact us before returning any item.
