Shipping policy
We ship most in stock orders the same day if placed before 11am weekdays (excludes NSW public holidays).
We deliver Australia-wide. We use a range of carriers including Aramex (formerly Fastway) and Australia Post.
In most cases we require a signature on delivery (due to COVID-19 our delivery partner may sign on your behalf). If you are unable to sign for collection your order may be redirected to a nearby pickup point or you may need to contact the delivery agent to arrange re-delivery. In some cases the carrier may give you the option in advance to redirect or give authority to leave your parcel in a safe place prior to delivery. Please be aware if you request the parcel be left unattended without signature you take responsibility for the delivery and no insurance will apply.
Once shipped you can track your order via online tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you or log into your account for details. Please provide a valid email address and mobile phone number on your order to receive shipping updates.
COVID 19
Please be aware that due to increased parcel volumes, COVID-19 handling protocols and border restrictions your parcel may also take longer to be delivered than usual.
Our delivery partners have introduced policies to protect their staff from infection, they may for instance ask you if you are ill when delivering your order and may need to sign on your behalf.
