Directions for Use:

Blend 40g (1 heaped scoop) with 200ml of low fat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk or chilled water. Consume 2 to 4 serves per day depending on the daily requirements of your dietary and exercise program. Can be added to any plain yoghurt, cereals, cakes, muffins, pancakes, mousses, stews or soups by sprinkling and stirring through at appropriate time.
